The Feathered Hat (Japanese: 羽付き帽子 (緑/紫) Hanetsukibōshi (Midori/Murasaki)) is a hat accessory item in Nintendogs + Cats that can be bought from the Mountains BARC for $32. It comes in two colors - green and purple. Both have a red feather tucked into a camo strap.
