| Sneeze | Get your dog to stand on all fours. Tickle your dog's nose. When training, don't do this trick too much or your puppy won't be willing to do it anymore. | |
| Beg | Your dog must have at least 1,000 Heart Points to learn this trick. Get your dog to sit up or stand up, then wave the treat in front of your dog's front paws. |

| Breakdance | Your dog must have at least 1,000 Heart Points to learn this trick. Have your dog roll over, then wave a treat behind its head. |

| Howl | Your dog must know all 16 tricks and have at least 2,000 Heart Points to learn this trick. Get your dog to stand on all fours. Imitate a dog's howl by whistling into the microphone for a few seconds. This should get your dog to howl. Your whistle must be the same tone or it will not work.

Special Tricks[]
When a dog is well cared for, it will do special variations of tricks it already knows. These special tricks cannot be taught, but if the player enters the Obedience Trial while their puppy is in top condition, announcer Ted Rumsworth will tell the audience that they could see "an incredible performance". This means the dog can perform the special tricks and even score extra points during Open Performance.
Component tricks must be performed immediately after one another-- without petting or rewarding the dog-- or else it will perform the commands as separate tricks.
