The Luxurious House (Japanese: ラグジュアリースタイル Ragujuarīsutairu) is a home remodel style from Modo Home, appearing in Nintendogs + Cats. It can be unlocked by getting 1,350 Owner Points or by playing for 8 days and costs $3,000 in all versions.

This lavish two-story mansion boasts baroque-style architecture, fancy carpeted flooring, biscotti-yellow walls bordered by intricate white frieze and golden embellishments, and exquisite polished arches. Candelabras line either side of the gaslit fireplace, over which an enormous charcoal-gray picture frame hangs.
A lunette window leads out into a large garden of hedges, where a central statue-crowned marble fountain gushes.
When playing with any of the two helicopter toys, there is a way to sit on the ledge above the fireplace, and watch your dogs with a bird's eye view.
