Description "Sunlight pours down onto white sands and blue waters of this private seaside paradise."

The Seaside is an interior that can be purchased at the Interior Decorator in Nintendogs. It is unlocked by obtaining 12,000 Trainer Points in all versions of the game and costs $50,000.00, making it the second most expensive interior in the video game.

As the name suggests, this room includes a tropical beach resort for dogs to play in, though the interior cannot be accessed nor can the pets swim in the water.

Layout[]

The Seaside is a large beach with white sand. Floating on the clear blue water nearby is a white dock complete with a small wooden boat. The skies are always blue and cloudless in the Seaside home, and an island filled with tropical vegetation and distant cities is always visible across the sea.

The beach area serves as an open courtyard with steps leading up to a loosely walled, bisected home. This house is not accessible, but the player's dogs will emerge from this area after a bath, walk, or contest. There are several palm trees along the stone wall, which has some ivy growing near the top.

Near the entrance is a short lounge chair with a cream umbrella and two plants.

Trivia[]

  • Even if the DS clock recognizes that it is nighttime, the sky of the Seaside house will NOT change to nighttime.
  • Even though neighborhood dogs or car engines cannot be heard at all (as the setting is heavily implied to take place in a distant island), firetruck sirens still can.
  • It is the only interior style that isn't available in the Japanese version.
